About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Support client consulting projects by conducting in-depth research, analysis, and strategic planning.Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve business performance.Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to inform project strategies.Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and strategic frameworks for clients and senior leadership.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and track progress.Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or a similar role is highly desirable.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability with expertise in data analysis and market research.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting to stakeholders and leadership teams.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-driven, deadline-oriented setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms or high-growth startups.Exposure to industries such as technology, healthcare, finance, or retail is a plus.Familiarity with strategic frameworks like SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, and Business Model Canvas.
